Abuja Reporter Alex honoured at the Nigeria Customer Service Week in Lagos

Abuja reporter Alex Nwankwo was over the week honoured at the conference and award ‎seminar at the Nigeria Customer Service week held in Lagos. The 2016 edition was supported by Bank of Industry (BOI) and AFP Furniture (Julius Berger) at the 2016 International Customer Service week.

The research awards featured about 27 sector of the economy. Top brand were all at the civic centre on October 5th 2016 to witness the unveiling of the winners and the research process which include company service delivery process, conduct and ambience.

Alexreports who received Abuja Entertainment reporter award was the only brand headquartered in Abuja that bagged an award as others operated from Lagos city.‎

The list of the winner for the 2016 Nigeria Customer Service Awards includes Diamond Bank, Airte, Smile Communication, Leadway Insurance, ARM Pension, DHL, Total Nigeria plc, etc.

It would be recalled that Alex collected the 2015 edition of the award on behalf of Nairaland as Best Online Company of the Year.
