The Grand Finale took place at the Royal Regency Hall, London on Saturday, 8th October 2016. She was crowned by her predecessor, Susana Owono of Equatorial Guinea. She'll be the ambassador for the Queens 4 A Reason Charity.

On the 15th of October 2016 , Sarah will be skydiving from 12,000 ft in aid of the Women’s Aid Charity to Support Women victims of Domestic Violence. This dive will involve a 1-minute freefall before parachuting to the drop zone. She has already raised £610 for this cause. Strong girl!
