CBS News is reporting that Trump's national security adviser, Michael Flynn, has resigned. Lt. General Joseph Kellogg, Jr. (ret.) has been named acting national security adviser. Kellogg was part of Trump's transition team.
Flynn, known for his hot temper and belief in conspiracy theories, had been under fire for either lying or forgetting that he promised Russia that after Trump was if office, the US would ease off on sanctions that the Obama administration had put on it.
