A week or so ago I posted a cry for help. There was so much conflicting information on how to make a fudgy brownie, I didn't know what to do.
Tons of comments in our forum, as well as on Facebook and Twitter, only continued to show the massive body of conflicting information. Today, Carl Rigney shared this Epicurious video with me, and I am finally satisfied that I can control my brownie outcomes.
