The Jolly Roger Telephone Company is a subscription service that answers phone calls from suspected scammers and connects them to a bot that will happily chat with them for hours, days, or weeks. The idea is to keeps scammers busy talking to bots so they can't scam real people. Here's a recent recording of a scammer trying to talk a bot into signing up for some kind of medicare fraud.
