GEORGIA, U.S.: The Atlanta officer who fatally shot Rayshard Brooks in the back after the fleeing man pointed a stun gun in his direction will be charged with felony murder, and 10 other charges, says the Fulton County District Attorney.
The Fulton County District Attorney says his office has issued arrest warrants prior to indictment of the Atlanta police officers who killed Rayshard Brooks.
The Fulton County District Attorney's Office will file charges against the officers involved in the deadly shooting of Rayshard Brooks.
After viewing several videos, D.A. Paul Howard said Rayshard Brooks "never presented himself as a threat."
D.A. Howard also said the officers not only failed to render medical attention to Brooks after shooting him, one of them actually kicked him and the other stood on his shoulder after he’d been shot. After the officers shot Rayshard Brooks, the D.A. says one kicked him and the other stood on his shoulders "while he was lying there fighting for his life."

The Fulton County DA says no medical attention was applied to Rayshard Brooks for more than two minutes after he was shot.
