The title of this YouTube video, posted by Reuters, says "NY Police officers filmed hitting cyclist after a citywide curfew took effect." It's not clear whether the officers are actually beating up a man for simply riding his bike after 8pm, or if he did a worse "crime." Either way, three cops are aggressively using batons on a man who is not resisting and does not look like a threat.
