This cover comes from Lake Saint Daniel, a solo project spun off from the band who brought you that similarly melancholic "All-Star" cover.
I personally find this music video to be absolutely horrifying — although I do love the (presumably deliberate) uneasy aesthetic mix of tenderness and creepy-AF costuming.
